Quality assurance

The Borch Textile Group has deliberately chosen to devise its own quality system as a preparation for quality certification at a later stage.

The system fits the company's products, production processes and operations, all of which have helped the Borch Textile Group deliver a consistent, competitive product for more than a quarter of a century now.

The quality system consists of a combination of a high-quality machinery, regular staff training and close contact with all our suppliers and customers.

Consistent quality is ensured by means of:

• Systematic control of raw materials and accessories
• Centralised production planning and cutting
• CAD/CAM and design computers
• Regular checks during the production
• A final, visual check of each piece of clothing

As a part of our quality assurance programme, all TEXguardŽ products comply with the EU Directive for the Marking of Medical Equipment (93/42/EEC)
